FAQs
“I’m pretty busy, how much time does this take?”
I recommend allocating about 30 minutes to read through the day’s lesson/prompt, consume the audio (you can do this while washing the dishes, going for a walk etc.), and write + send your email. Some of my students draft their email in 15mins, others take a little longer.
“Isn’t emailing every day spam?”
No. Frequency doesn’t automatically = spam. Spam is defined as unsolicited or unhelpful emails, and you will be sending neither. You’ll also be guided through my three-day prep protocol before we start, to ensure you protect your deliverability and prime your list for sales and replies.
“Won’t everyone unsubscribe if I email that much?”
Fun fact: MailerLite’s 2025 analysis of 42 000 email accounts showed that accounts that emailed less than once a month had a WAY higher unsubscribe rate than those that emailed every day (source). It’s normal to see a spike in unsubscribes when you first up your email frequency, but this is just your list cleaning itself—your dream clients won’t be the ones unsubscribing, and your open rates may even go up once the lukewarm leads are gone!
“What if I haven’t emailed my list in, like…forever?”
This is the perfect time to start! I know it can feel awkward showing up after a long break, or for the first time, but having a bunch of prompts and guidance will make this the easiest and most enjoyable return for you and your subscribers.
